Let's clear up a few things
Frequently asked questions
Why can I only pay using PayPal?
We use PayPal as our payment provider because it requires all users to be at least 18 years old. This helps us make sure that restricted goods are only sold to adults, while also giving you a safe and secure way to pay.
Will you be adding new payment options in future?
Yes. While PayPal is currently our only payment method, we plan to add more options soon to give customers greater flexibility at checkout. Updates will be shared on the site as new payment methods become available.
Why is next day only available if the order is placed before 2pm?
To make sure your order is packed and shipped on time, we need it placed before 2pm. This cut-off gives us enough time to process and hand it over to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day, so next-day delivery can’t be guaranteed.
Can I pick up my items in store?
Local collection isn’t available right now. Our online store offers a wider range of products than we can stock in the shop at any one time, so delivery is the best way to make sure everything you want is ready and available.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We only ship orders within the United Kingdom. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer international delivery.
How do discounts work?
Our Deal Calculator checks all active promotions and automatically applies the best available offer to your basket - no codes needed.
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
We always apply the single best discount to keep pricing simple and fair. When multiple offers could apply (e.g. Multibuy, Set Me Up Deal, Spend & Save), the Deal Calculator chooses the one that gives you the most discount for that order.
Why might a banner on a product not show its deal at checkout?
If another promotion gives you a better price for your basket, that’s the one we’ll use. The product banner is still accurate-it highlights an offer that may apply depending on what else is in your cart.
